So how do you explain the Israeli money that came in and wiped this Kentucky man out of it? Why in the world would Israel spend money on a Kentucky race? Also, I thought they were so bad off that we had to keep sending them money just to keep their country afloat? Seems like a silly way to spend money you don't have. I am just looking for answers here. Can you help me understand?
