I love the Titanic image - we sure are all trying to bail it out with teaspoons! It's a dumpster fire. You sure got that right. (I actually enjoy Tucker Carlson! As a very disgusted now-former leftie, that wasn't always the case, to put it mildly!! Sure, his laugh is silly. Whatever.) Re: U.S. politics. The politicians and their thumbs: I think it's a progression from when they got advice not to point their finger on TV, so they started doing that weird thumb and forefinger point - Phil Hartman called it the ATM card. Over the years I think it's just turned into a thumbs up. Whatever. Bunch of losers.
