MY THREE FAVORITE THINGS THIS WEEK
1. After securing 1.5 billion for the next fifty episodes, South Park is back and they have reached new levels of giving zero effs.
2. New Album Alert! The Bones of J.R. Jones has a roots noir vibe, that perfect blend of blues, folk, rock, and soul that I find so addictive. His song “Shameless” from his new album Radio Waves is on repeat in my car. If you aren’t familiar with his work, you’re welcome.
3. Obsessed with Martha Stewart’s slow cooker chicken chili tacos. It’s super easy to meal prep and I eat it all week. I’ll also roast some sweet potatoes on Sunday for the week and pile on some chicken with some shredded cheddar cheese, heat it up in the microwave or oven, add a healthy scoop of greek yogurt and Trader Joe’s cowboy caviar. It’s become my standard lunch.
