We here at Phetasy firmly believe in the healing power of logging out—so we decided to come up with a list of things we can do in real life as an antidote to doomscrolling all day. This summer, we encourage you to take in and experience as much art and nature and humanity as you can. We all need grounding, soul-medicine going into this election. Get offline. Tickle your senses. Dance in that clunky meat suit. Be embodied.
