What was the last piece of media you read, heard, or saw that inspired you?
Funnily enough, it was a Ryan Holiday video my husband sent me just this evening about how Marcus Aurelius started his day. The Stoic morning routine. “Own the morning, own the day” as it goes. It inspired my newsletter this week because January very much feels like the morning of the year.
