Write a diary entry from the perspective of the last remaining person in the world.

The only way I can write this prompt and not cry through this entire five minutes is to pretend I have no family or husband or child and that I’m just a single lone wolf. The me of 2012, traveling the world alone. I guess I could pretend I was someone else, someone capable, but it’s entirely more hilarious to have a complete dumbass be the last remaining person in the world than to have someone who was waiting their whole life for this moment, like a rando in Oregon or James Cameron with his bunker in New Zealand.
