When was the last time someone told you they were proud of you?

It’s late. It’s been a long couple of days, weeks…just going anywhere with a baby is challenging but traveling with a 10 month old and sharing a hotel room with her is something else. It’s been quite a fun adventure and she’s truly a trooper. I need to get to sleep though— so I’ll keep this brief.

It’s not often anyone tells me they are proud of me—but the last time someone did just so happens to be today. My husband, Jeren, told me he was proud of me as I was trying to manage the rising anxiety about what I said this time on the Joe Rogan Experience, which was about to drop.

This is always a normal part of the process because I’m so comfortable with Joe, I truly forget that once I’m out of the wormhole, people will be listening and we cover so much ground and jump from topic to topic so fast—I’ll get done and be like, “WHAT DID I SAY???”

My brain wielding my shame and my imposter syndrome to destroy me.
