A genie has granted your wish to build your perfect space for reading and writing. What’s it like?

I love this prompt because I fantasize about what my perfect reading and writing room would be like all the time. Although I always feel like a naive child when I envision these “perfect spaces” because I’m an adult who knows the price on a place of my dreams (especially one with a view). Nevertheless, I’ll play along and pretend a genie made me rich.
