  • Two Thursdays ago (the 4th) from Coachella we headed to Prescott, AZ then to Sedona and onward to Flagstaff for a night to visit another one of our many cousins, Ian.
  • Friday morning (the 5th) from Flagstaff we went to the Grand Canyon, but it was too cold to camp and too expensive to pay to just see the damn thing, so in another last minute decision decided to head back to L.A… Well, it’s a seven hour drive and after the Grand Canyon fiasco we had already done three; so two hours outside of L.A. we decided to stay in lovely Barstow, CA, a trucker town so magical it’s amazing that people only pass through and don’t stay there forever.
  • Saturday morning (the 6th) we started to head to L.A. but had nowhere to stay due to the fact that all of my friends and family are currently out of town. In yet ANOTHER last minute decision I turned around on the 15 and instead of heading West, decided to go East and visit my amazing and extremely hospitable friends, Jon and Steph in Las Vegas, where we stayed for a couple of days trying to catch up on business and sleep.
  • Tuesday (the 9th) we woke up early, drove to L.A. (where we were for like a minute), then headed up to San Fransisco for a night.
  • The next morning (the 10th) we helped Eric from Global Inheritance move some recycling bins and it was off to wine country to see his grandma for a couple of hours. Back to San Fran that night, but everything was booked due to graduations, so we headed down to Modesto for a night. Being Scott Peterson’s hometown, Eric thought it might be a good place to do some husband hunting.
  • Next morning, (the 11th), butt crack of dawn, we went back to L.A. That night we went to the Roxy to see a star-studded performance of a semi-decent band.
  • The next morning (the 12th) we woke up, got breakfast, and headed to E3, the largest video-game conference in the world. Friday afternoon we were all getting ready to head back to Coachella for some planning and a little bit of recuperation from the madness, but again, in another last minute decision, I decided that Sean and I could use a bit of a break from one another before we head to the Pacific Northwest this coming week and opted to stay in L.A. and catch up with some friends (now that they have all returned).
  • Which brings me to this moment right now (the 13th), as I am sitting in Venice Beach, CA and Sean is in Coachella with Eric from Global Inheritance. In between all of this traveling, there have been t-shirts to ship, designers to collaborate with and many, many bills to pay. Not to mention that our website is going to be re-launched in two weeks with archiving capabilities and sweet new features making it much easier for us to keep everyone up to the speed we seem to be traveling at.
  • So I apologize for the lack of blogs lately, but as you can see, it’s hard to reflect on anything when you are constantly moving, not necessarily a good thing, but our reality nonetheless. Bear with me. I’m a little scattered at the moment, but I have pictures and stories from all of the above events that I am going to bombard you all with in the coming three days, not to mention Parts III and IV of the Coachella Series. Reading this makes me tired, but I’m headed out for a Saturday night out in Hollywood…and I am praying it will be uneventful. However, judging by the day I have had so far, I doubt it.
